Cancellation and Refund Policy
AISES will grant a full refund less a 10% processing fee to any individual who cancels their registration no later than Friday, January 17, 2020. Individuals who cancel their registration on or before February 1 will be charged 50% of their registration fee. No refunds for cancellations will be granted after February 1.
Cancellation and refund requests must be made in writing via email to summit@aises.org.
Note:Participants will receive the AISES discount hotel rate and are responsible for making their own lodging reservations and payment arrangements with the hotel.
